[License-review] Continued discussion of the Scripting FSL

Well, I believe there will be not so much more changes from
now on any more as in comparison from now to 1.3.5. The
discussion as held up to now should however be valid and
also apply up to 1.3.7.2 and likely even to possible future
versions of the license as major fields are unlikely to undergo
changes any more.
