FWIW, the fundamental problem is not your wording but that you have
business goals for your projects which are contrary to the OSD.  It's
quite possible that open source is simply not the right way for you to
distribute your software.

If you need your software to be OSS (for example, because you want
Debian to distribute it), then you're going to have to give up some
control.  Once you do that, I expect that you'll find that one of the
existing licenses is adequate -- and using an existing license will help
your adoption, since developers tend to distrust licenses they don't
recognize.
