[License-review] Continued discussion of the Scripting FSL

Yes, I do absolutely concede you have hit home in what is to say.
The license is currently at revision 1.3.7.2 (www.elstel.org/license)
but still needs to undergo some severe discussion before it was
right to bring it back to OSI. I should not have brought the
discussion to OSI in such an early state.
