John,

We can acknowledge that it is possible that their business method is not
working with a pure Open Source play, and that their perception is that
Amazon is eating their lunch and not passing on what they would desire as a
fair share - and working entirely within the license rules. In truth they
don't care what *you *do on your server, if you aren't a huge SaS company.
We never guaranteed that Open Source would work for any business.

All we should really ask of them is that they don't call that license Open
Source. They have the right to any intellectual property paradigm they
wish, within the law. We don't have to participate if we don't like it.

    Thanks

    Bruce
