[License-review] For Legacy Approval: OpenLDAP Public License

All,

>From a software developer perspective, I do not have any objections to
approval of OpenLDAP PL v2.8 as a legacy license.  It seems like a
fairly straightforwards BSD variation, and could easily be published
with an intro that redirects people to the mainstream BSD licenses, as
we do with other legacy BSD variants.

HOWEVER, I would like to know why the OSI delisted the original license
before this goes to a vote.  Did they withdraw it?  Was there a problem
with the license?
