[License-review] Request for approval of the Non-Coercive Copyleft Licence (NCCL) 1.0

The page describing the licence review process says that "The License
Review community will discuss on the mailing list for at least 30
days" [1], so I had the impression that I had a bit more time to provide
the detailed response you requested in your previous email on this
topic.  Once I've done that, I intend to respond to Carlo Piana's latest
email about it.
