[License-discuss] Retracting: For Discussion: GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 with NonCommercial Exception

Thank you for indicating retraction.

Just FYI: this list "license-discuss" is for discussion of licenses, not 
for getting licenses approved. That list is "license-review." If this 
had been on "license-review" I would have asked that the discussion be 
shut down after retraction, but since this is a discussion thread it can 
continue (although might end naturally as being essentially moot).
