[License-discuss] Advice for submitting a new license

Hello, i wanted to submit a license for license review called UPD
I have tried to submit the review directly to OSI license review list but got rejected by the moderator saying that i should look at
https://opensource.org/licenses/review-process.
However i do not see any issues about my review and didn't got any other advice from the moderator.
(in case you want to check its attached to the email)

Please post any possible improvement for both review text (to resubmit)
and the license text itself so that it gets ready for license review.

Hello i wanted to request approval of a new license that i have created myself.
Its called "The Universal Public Domain License 1.5.2" or for short "UPD 1.5.2".
This license is considered a new license, being younger than a year.

Its purpose is tho waive any rights under intellectual property law (public domain equivalent) that user may have
including rights the author might get in future after licensing it, such as patents.

This license does not try to restrict derivatives mentioned at (OSD-3), persons or groups (OSD-6),
use cases such as commercial use (OSD-7), or other software not related to this license (OSD-9).
The §1 paragraph 2 specifically states only things licensed under this license is considered licensed.

Because i have solely created this license, no project is currently using this license.

Since there is no clear threshold for "identity" i am not willingly to give more information about my identity unless
expressly requested in review of this license.

There is currently no other organization approving this license.

There is no SPDX or other sort of identification for other projects, but for the tag #UPD-1.5.1 is being proposed.

The closest licenses to this license are CC0 and Unlicense and no express patent grant exist.
This license fills the gap by doing so. Also i have heard some people have concerns about Unlicense not having
permissive license fallback which this license clearly has (taking the CC0 approach) without patent concerns of CC0.

Because i have created solely at my free time no legal review has been made, but i have tried my best.
