Thanks again Patrick. As we discussed last eve, we were pleased to hear of
Linda's decision,and look forward to meeting Sean . !!

Sean, let us know if we can provide any details about the history of this
effort or any other relevant  info. Alan Dechert started Open Voting
Consortium in 2000 www.openvoting.org  and that group did a majority of the
heavy lift until we formed CAVO with Brian Fox and Dr. Gilbert.   We work
on the fed / national level but the main focus is the San Francisco system
which we pioneered with great assistance from the local political
community. Currently New Hampshire has deployed  a version of the Dechert
design system and Brian Fox may assist them and others toward best method.

To clarify I am currently Secretary of CAVO..and have added President Tim
to this list.
