<div dir="ltr">Thanks again Patrick. As we discussed last eve, we were pleased to hear of Linda's decision, and look forward to meeting Sean . !!<div><br></div><div>Sean, let us know if we can provide any details about the history of this effort or any other relevant info. Alan Dechert started Open Voting Consortium in 2000 <a href="http://www.openvoting.org">www.openvoting.org</a> and that group did a majority of the heavy lift until we formed CAVO with Brian Fox and Dr. Gilbert. We work on the fed / national level but the main focus is the San Francisco system which we pioneered with great assistance from the local political community. Currently New Hampshire has deployed a version of the Dechert design system and Brian Fox may assist them and others toward best method. </div><div><br></div><div>To clarify I am currently Secretary of CAVO..and have added President Tim to this list. </div><div><br></div><div>Best regards, </div><div><br></div><div>Brent Turner </div><div><a href="http://www.navo-us.org">www.navo-us.org</a> </div><div>PH 619-990-7625 </div><div><br></div><div><br><div><br></div></div></div><br><div class="gmail_quote"><div dir="ltr">On Thu, Dec 20, 2018 at 6:56 AM Patrick Masson <<a href="mailto:masson@opensource.org">masson@opensource.org</a>> wrote:<br></div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left:1px solid rgb(204,204,204);padding-left:1ex"><div style="text-align:left;direction:ltr"><div>Hi Sean,</div><div><br></div><div>I just heard the great news of your hire with San Francisco City/County to lead the development of their open source voting system, congratulations!
