I don't see any reason we can't resolve this *for this license* with a
consensus vote.

However, I'd like to set a precedent here, and make it a rule, because
to date we've been completely ad-hoc on license names.  This has
resulted in the kind of inconsistency that we have now (between OBSD and
PostgreSQL), and inconsistency frustrates license submitters and harms
our credibility.

That rule may be "OSI doesn't intervene with license names, even in the
event of name conflicts".  But let's get it down in print.
