I tend to agree, FWIW. Also, two-clause BSD appears to me to only barely
differ from ISC in the first place, the former having slightly different
conditions about copyright notice & license display, and a slightly more
elaborate warranty disclaimer.
And I do think Marshall Kirk McKusick's blessing counts.
