Point well taken.

Not to detract from any of that, but I've found over the years that the
world of open source usual suspects (and even hangers-on) _is_ actually
ridiculously small and familiar.  It's one of the reasons I take greater
care, these days, to not push people's buttons:  You never know if the
djbware fan you annoyed yesterday (by saying on your personal Web pages
that you didn't enjoy administering qmail for a living and don't
appreciate its oddities) might become your boss tomorrow.

Anyway, probably many of us have encountered each other, even if we are
not currently associating name with face.  And are likely to do so again
-- so watch out whom you choose to bad-mouth, folks.
