I used to be +1 because I thought clause 4 wasn't meant to clawback
any usage rights granted in earlier clauses. The FAQ entry that
explains the clause is explicitly meant to take back any (implicit)
patents rights granted and suggests users of the work have to get an
additional (patent) license from the grantor turned my +1 into a -1
because I now feel this fails OSD 7.
