-1 for now.

The CC0 is OSD-compliant.  However, I don't think the OSI board should make an immediate decision about approving it, primarily because Creative Commons has asked to withdraw it, but also because I don't believe that what the license actually does and what the CC FAQ claims it does with regard to the 4a patent/trademark exception are in alignment.
