It sounds to me as if you are in South Africa. Is that right? The
Shuttleworth Foundation might be able to provide assistance from a
pro-bono attorney who understands both Open Source and the non-profit
requirements there, and thus resolve this issue for you. And of course
they are a grant source for organizations like yours. If you don't
already know them, I can introduce you.
