If it's posted to this list, it had better concern a license currently
submitted to the OSI.

"DeBug", if you have a specific license to propose, show it.

If you want general information on copyright law, the Internet is a
wonderful resource, as is your local law library.

If you need legal advice, talk to a lawyer.

If you want a law degree, go to law school.

If you want to jawbone about various fantasies you have regarding what
is or isn't copyright law, find a local cafe or news:misc.int-property.

More well-formed general issues might be discussed on the CNI Copyright
list.
