[License-review] Request for OSI Approval: Tiwaz License, version 1.0 (New License)

The License Committee has voted to *defer* any recommendation of the 
Tiwaz license, because it is a close variant of an existing license, and 
there have been no demonstrated uses or planned uses of the license. 
Should one or more projects begin using this license or express an 
interest in doing so, please share that information here and we will 
remove the hold and submit our recommendation to the Board.
