The License Committee has recommended to the Board that the AFN license 
not be accepted as an open source license due to conflicts with the OSD. 
  This will be voted on at the September Board meeting.

If you are interested in further work on accomplishing the same purpose 
while adhering to the OSD, we invite you to start a thread on 
License-Discuss around ways in which you could do this.
