Minor, point, in comparisons with McCoy's Kevin's and Simon, but "infectiveness" instead of copyleft is clearly a pejorative word that should be avoided, in favor of "propagation", "persistence", "inheritance" (all a bit wanting, but used) or the technically correct "copyleft" or "share alike".
Also, as a matter of courtesy and linguistic accuracy, please avoid "open-source" and preferably use "Open Source". https://opensource.org/blog/is-open-source-ever-hyphenated
The prior already made points are sufficient for rejection IMHO.
