Nahhhh. If you're writing code in a context, use the same license 
everybody else in that context uses, e.g. Python or Perl or BSD or 
Microsoft. If not, choose between Apache and GPL. Done.

Or Microsoft public and Microsoft reciprocal. I understand the 
complicated relationship between Microsoft and the Open Source community 
(e.g. the latest Visual Open Studio && Raspberry Pi OS kerfuffle), but 
really, the two Microsoft licenses cover 99% of what we need from a license.
