Given the discussion here I was curious how the OSI would change/amend/"clarify" the OSD and went to peek at the ByLaws to see if that was delineated there.

I didn't see anything but one thing did jump out at me:

ARTICLE IV MEMBERS
Section 1. MEMBERSHIP. This corporation shall have no members.

Which amusingly was just after I looked at the Membership page and paid my $40 for this year.  Hmmm...which makes me wonder if I just paid for 4 month's worth of membership or 12 months.  Or maybe just a week's worth if membership status goes on by FY rather than CY.

Anyway, is there a description of the process of how the OSI would change the OSD?  Would OSI members get a say?  Or is it simply voted on by the board?
