Since the authoritative form of the license is in Japanese:

   - I believe we should note that fact with any license listing.
   - Is the version of the license submitted to OSI subject to other
   changes in the name of improving translation?
   - Should OSI list the license in English as "a translation for your
   convenience only"?

I wonder if we should in fact have been using the process for non-English
licenses that has recently been proposed?
