The ultimate end of this train of thought ends up in a brick wall:
that every open source license has to be compatible with every other
license.  Since the GPL says that no other restrictions may be placed
on code linked with GPL'ed code, no license may be more restrictive
than the GPL.  There would then be no point in having an OSD.  The GPL
would *be* the OSD.
