Disallowing distribution of binaries

One might agree that this is all quite true (or not), but it doesn't
answer the gentleman's very relevant question about his proposed
licence's OSD-compliance.  It's a fascinating proposal, from that and
other perspectives.  (I'm going to have to ponder the factual question,
before replying.)
