Open Source e-commerce system

Hello,

My employer is investigating software that can convert business transactions
such as EDI to other formats in order to connect business systems together.
I have found a company, mendelson-e-commerce GmbH (www.mendelson.de) that
claims that their Open Source product m-e-c eagle can do this. I am unsure
about their license however. Is this an open source license? License pasted
