YAOSL - Yet Another Open Source License v1.01

I am still soliciting feedback on this license. I've attempted to modify
it to address Bruce Perens' comments regarding return of modifications
and binary distributions.

I believe this is now license now fully conforms to the OSD, and am
looking for comments of all kinds including whether you'd choose to use
this license for your own projects and why or why not.
