[License-review] AI-generated emails

Hi everyone,

We would like to apologize for the various emails that were sent recently,
which were found to be AI generated.

We do not allow posts generated by AI without careful review from the
author and will reject posts where we suspect that an AI has been
responsible for all or most of a message.

The use of AI to help members to better understand and respond to a complex
topic, especially when the discussions are in a foreign language and very
legalese, is appropriate for the purpose of making the discussions more
accessible.

However, we have identified that license-discuss and license-review are
being used as a proof-of-concept to demonstrate that an AI system can
autonomously engage and even draft an open source license for review.

We believe that this behavior goes against the "Respect time and attention"
from our Code of Conduct <https://opensource.org/codeofconduct>. We'll be
updating it to better reflect the use of AI.

We would like to thank one of our members who provided valuable feedback on
this matter. We'll share more details soon.
