There may be a disconnect here. The checklist accompanying the OSAID
specifically refers to *components* being under OSD -approved or
-compliant licenses, or -conformant terms. The process is not spelled
out, but the implication appears to be that a large part of determining
a complete set of terms' compliance with OSAID will in fact be
determining OSD -compliance or -conformance for individual components.
