I'd suggest that it's the same group for the foreseeable future, unless
a distinct "only interested in AI" group has already appeared.

We're much earlier in the lifecycle of the OSAID than of the OSD, which
likely means discussions that are harder (slower) to converge as we work
through multiple new ramifications for the first time.
(Assumed here is that a review won't be attempted until an adopted
version of OSAID exists.)

The process looks reasonable as written, give or take largely editorial
changes to:
* add references to OSAI and the OSAID; and
* solicit additional information relevant for submissions under the
adopted OSAID specifically.
