<p>We're much earlier in the lifecycle of the OSAID than of the OSD,
which likely means discussions that are harder (slower) to
converge as we work through multiple new ramifications for the
first time.</p>
<p>(Assumed here is that a review won't be attempted until an
adopted version of OSAID exists.)<br>

editorial changes to:</p>
