What is this supposed to mean? 

In this list there are persons having worked in Open Source licensing for aggregate hours that exceed the human lifespan, therefore I doubt anyone can claim they have longer experience than them drafting or reviewing Open Source licenses.

Someone claiming their aim is to stay away from copyleft and proposes a copyleft license for approval, frankly beats me.
