[License-review] MIT-CMU license for Python Pillow

Thanks both for the input.

   - The point about board approval not mailing list approval is well
   taken, does my question here constitute a request to the board or is there
   something else I should do?
   - Trove classifiers are part of PEP 301:
   https://peps.python.org/pep-0301/ in case that helps.
