And The MirOS Licence, which is designed to not even distinguish
between software and nōn-software works and just grants rights on
the works, so it’s fine for either and combined works as well.

(And for those concerned about patents, I consider the permissions
to use, distribute, etc. an implicit patent grant for cases where
patents touching the licenced work exist, which for software is not
legal, per se, but apparently in existence.)

In general, if one’s new licence is closest to MIT/BSD/ISC but also
applicable for nōn-software and/or its disclaimer is tweaked for EU,
then the closest is probably MirBSD instead.
