I see. Thank you. I guess we're reading the same message differently.
I didn't see it as authoritarian; but a request. I assume that
whether and to what extent the Board may consider other items, such
statements from the mailing list archives, and not solely and
exclusively rely on the rationale document prepared by the license
committee when reaching a decision, is at the Board's discretion.
