Assuming I throw out that provision, you mentioned the license is poorly executed.  Can you tell me what other points I should consider for improvement?

 

If you are serious about this, I’d suggest you hire a lawyer for that purpose. That’s one of the reasons why the criteria for license submission says:
“Legal review: Describe any legal review the license has been through, and provide results of any legal analysis if available”
