It's not.

Like, I personally recommend against using the AGPL all the time.  That
doesn't mean that I don't think it's OSS or that OSI shouldn't have
approved it.

That said, what we have outstanding is:

- Several attorneys who think the Unlicense is fine;
- One attorney who says that the license is missing critical wording
required to make it safe to use;
- One developer who thinks it's fine;
- One developer who thinks it's terrible.

Am I missing anyone?

Note that, at this point, we haven't had anyone with standing actually
make a formal proposal to approve the Unlicense.
