No, they sais they’d still recommend against it even if OSI were to
approve it. Quite the distinction, it’s a vote against approval in
my interpretation.

	I don’t suppose you have anything on synthesiser output being
	derivative works of not only the scores (e.g. MIDIs) but also
	of the soundfont(s)/samples used, which I could use to beat
	some sense into people not even wanting to honour the *one*
	requirement of the MIT licence… sorry, that’s offtopic…
