Hi Van,

As you write, it's not in the OSD, and there don't seem to be written
findings detailed enough to establish any sort of "case law" in the list
archives.  So, we seem to have to reverse engineer the rules from the
approved licenses, and there is no telling which are deliberate and which
are accidental.

Except for your license, the licenses I read seem to connect the terms to
the *program, *with the few exceptions being about the name of the program
and of its authors. Your own license seems to depart from the others.

I can't really say what the rules are. It would help if they were *all *written
down.
