[License-review] For Approval: Convertible Free Software License, Version 1.1 (C-FSL v1.1)

Just to update the list on the status of this review request following the
Board meeting last week. Since the discussion is still in progress, and
since there are so many comments indicating problems -- including drafting
issues and multiple conflicts with the OSD -- that have so far not been
addressed in a revised version, the Board has postponed any decision on
this license for another month.

For the avoidance of doubt, no license is OSI Approved until the Board has
stated that it is so. Submission for review does not in any way imply
pending approval.
