As far as I am aware, the license review committee is all of the
subscribers of this mailing list, and does not require any qualification
other than your not being an annoying spammer.

My only role here is to advise. It is true that I know a lot of the history
and rationale of the OSD, and of Open Source policy, and thus my advice may
carry extra weight. But this weight is simply due to merit.

When you come up with a license text with less potential for harm, it will
be approved.

I welcome the participation of more people so that I don't find myself
carrying most of the load. However, that would not have won you approval of
that license.
