[License-review] For Approval: License Zero Reciprocal Public License

Can we get back to writing licenses now, please? As far as I can tell you
had a simple drafting problem that no longer stands in your way. It may
still be that the license is not compelling enough in its merit to be
OSI-certified even though it achieves OSD-compliance. We have gone really
far beyond the matter at hand and I fear the unsubscribe commands are
pouring into the list server.
