I do wish people would stop abusing the copyright date as a last-updated
date.  It cannot possibly matter to the Unicode Consortium whether the text
of its license enters the public domain in 2111 or in 2112!  Indeed, 2086
should be quite long enough to warrant leaving the copyright notice as
"Copyright © 1991" for good and all.
