Unfortunately, I don't think it would be that simple, for two reasons:

 1. GPL compatibility is not automatic. I used a poor choice of words
    when I said it was modeled after the MPL 2.0 approach. The EPLv2 is
    not automatically GPL compatible. Instead, the initial contributor
    has to specify GPL compatibility when they start.
 2. Adding GPL compatibility to an existing codebase would require the
    permission of previous contributors. I don't know much about how the
    Clojure community is set up, but I think it might take quite a bit
    of work to accumulate all those permissions.
