This still seems like too many headers and words for a kanban board.  My
suggestion:

NEW
DISCUSSION
CHANGES REQUESTED
PENDING VOTE

And 3 Closed/Archive statuses:

ARCHIVE: ACCEPTED
ARCHIVE: REJECTED  #would include invalid
ARCHIVE: WITHDRAWN

Hmmm.  I guess I only removed one status.

Anyway, remember: the fewer statuses we have, the fewer we need to argue
about.
