I have a question about this part:

"Such grant of rights to use the program shall not infringe the rights of
third parties to this program. Thus the person who grants rights of use
according to the terms and conditions of this licence shall have exclusive
right or be otherwise entitled to grant rights to use the program."

What's the legal significance of this - is the licensor granting the
equivalent of a warranty of title and/or noninfringement?
