Right now, they don’t need to, if I read Clause 6 right.
They can just publish e.g. MPL2 as APL2 since the copyright
holder stays the same. (They can’t do that again then, not
as AROS development team, though.) This was suggested here
for AROS, and some time ago for other MPL users, already.
