Good point -- and, FWIW, I'm on record as saying I think the thing
is clearly OSD-compliant on account of the fallback permissive licence.
A bit perverse and nothing I'd recommend anyone use, but every bit as
open source as the endless variety of other simple permissive licence
variants.
