So, if you want this to be reviewed and approved, "license-discuss" is
not the right mail list to do that. However, if you want people to give
comments before you submit for approval, this is the correct mailing list.
Just looking at the first listed license, it would not be approvable
because Secs. 3.2 and 3.3 disclaim any grants express or implied of
patent and trade secret rights.
Otherwise, I find the drafting of these licenses very convoluted and odd
and this, if you are serious about it, probably needs a lawyer review if
you intend to submit for approval.
Also, the last license is enumerated as "proprietary" so that can't and
wouldn't be approved.
