    <p>So, if you want this to be reviewed and approved,
      "license-discuss" is not the right mail list to do that. However,
      if you want people to give comments before you submit for
      approval, this is the correct mailing list.</p>
    <p>Just looking at the first listed license, it would not be
      approvable because Secs. 3.2 and 3.3 disclaim any grants express
      or implied of patent and trade secret rights.</p>
    <p>Otherwise, I find the drafting of these licenses very convoluted
      and odd and this, if you are serious about it, probably needs a
      lawyer review if you intend to submit for approval.</p>
    <p>Also, the last license is enumerated as "proprietary" so that
      can't and wouldn't be approved.<br>

            specifically for junior executives in case of mishaps. The
            goal is that, when a project is generated, this shall be the
            default license (where everything is locked up). Just in
            case a junior accidentally "open" the project, the
            proprietary license effect is still there where any senior /
            legal executive can fire-fight the situation. The project
            can be re-licensed into the other open-source licenses once
            the embargo is cleared by the business unit.</div>
